customers, culture, financials and competitors.
- Thorough data gathering of the assignment, its roles,
responsibilities, challenges and key measures of success.
- Development of key interview questions and a candidate
assessment tool.
- Delivery of a comprehensive position specification.
- Delivery of an agreed upon target list of companies and
potential candidates.
- Commencement of a weekly update conference call, which
includes the delivery of a status report, an update on each
candidate, as well as market intelligence regarding competitors,
compensation levels and marketplace feedback.
- Thorough evaluation of potential candidates according
to the functional and cultural requirements of the position
specification.
- Presentation of the most qualified candidates, including
a candidate assessment report and management of the interview
process.
- Delivery of completed references and a thorough background
check on the finalist.
- Management of the negotiating process between the client
and the finalist candidate.
- Post hire; stay appropriately engaged with the client
and the successful candidate to ensure all parties are highly
satisfied.
Fees & Costs
Our fees are fixed, include Matlin Partners administrative
costs and are based on the parameters of the assignment.
