  • Thorough data gathering of the company, its people, products, customers, culture, financials and competitors.

  • Thorough data gathering of the assignment, its roles, responsibilities, challenges and key measures of success.

  • Development of key interview questions and a candidate assessment tool.

  • Delivery of a comprehensive position specification.

  • Delivery of an agreed upon target list of companies and potential candidates.

  • Commencement of a weekly update conference call, which includes the delivery of a status report, an update on each candidate, as well as market intelligence regarding competitors, compensation levels and marketplace feedback.

  • Thorough evaluation of potential candidates according to the functional and cultural requirements of the position specification.

  • Presentation of the most qualified candidates, including a candidate assessment report and management of the interview process.

  • Delivery of completed references and a thorough background check on the finalist.

  • Management of the negotiating process between the client and the finalist candidate.

  • Post hire; stay appropriately engaged with the client and the successful candidate to ensure all parties are highly satisfied.

Fees & Costs

Our fees are fixed, include Matlin Partners administrative costs and are based on the parameters of the assignment.
